The Central Serengeti is a prime location for exceptional game viewing throughout the year, thanks to its abundant resident wildlife. The Seronera River Valley in the Central Serengeti, in particular, is a must-see destination on any safari, regardless of the specific month of travel. Game viewing in the Central Serengeti reaches its peak during the dry season (June – November) when resident animals congregate in the area due to the scarcity of water on the plains.
